MOTHER`S RECIPE GOAN VINDALOO INSTANT SPICE MIX 80G
A sour and spicy curry marinated in vinegar, ideal for any meat.
The mix already contains oil and salt.
In a pan, saute 350g of boneless Meat pieces of your choice(Chicken, Lamb, Beef or Pork.) i 1tsp of Oil until golden brown. Mix the entire contents of the pack in a bowl with 2 cups (450ml) of Water and add to the pan. Bring the contents to a boil and simmer covered for 10-12 mins or until the Meat is cooked. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
