MOTHER`S RECIPE PAV BHAJI MIX 100G
A flavourful blend of spices for "Mumbai Style" Mixed Vegetable Curry.
Pressure cook 500g of Mixed Vegetables (Potato, Green Peas, Cauliflower and Tomato) with 250ml of water for 2-3 whistles. Mash and keep aside. In a vessel, saute 1 diced capsicum in 2 tsp of Butter for 2-3 mins. Mix the entire contents of the pack with 150ml of water and pour into the vessel. Cook for 3-4 mins. Add the mashed vegetables with 250ml of water and then simmer covered on a medium flame for 3-4 mins or until the gravy thickens.
